Accept Your Invite From Our Patient Portal
**IF YOU ARE ALREADY AN ESTABLISHED PATIENT AND NEED NEW PATIENT PORTAL ACCESS, YOU MUST FIRST LOGIN THROUGH THE EMAIL INVITE. DO NOT REGISTER AS A NEW PATIENT.
IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED THIS INVITE , please call us at: 561-283-1166
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE INVITE: Click the Invite Link in the email that you provided to our patient coordinator, front desk, or scheduler.
Your Username & Password
Your email will default as your username, but you can set it to anything you’d like.
Add a password. Repeat it. And, click the Reset Password button.
Login to the Portal
Click the blue “Log In Here” button to log in to the portal.
Begin Filling in Your Account Details
Click the blue “My Account Details” tab to begin filling out your account info. We encourage you to be as detailed as possible.
Send Messages, Check Notifications, Refill Precriptions, Schedule IVs & Ozone Sauna, & More!

- Read messages from your provider (hover over orange exclammation signs for notifications).
- Review Lab Work
- Review Consultation Summaries
- Refill Medications/Supplements
- Review Payment Options
- Pay Outstanding Balances
- Request IV Therapies & HOCATT Ozone Sauna Appts. (Only established patients can do this online).
