We’re Hiring: IV Nurse & Medical Assistants

Tringali Vibrant Health is a Functional Medicine and Integrative Family Practice. We believe that wellness is not just the absence of disease; it is optimal, VIBRANT health. We have an office in West Palm Beach, and we are currently opening a new location in Palm Beach Gardens.

We provide IV vitamin therapy, chelation, ozone IV therapy, HOCATT Ozone Sauna, bioidentical hormone therapy, peptide therapy, weight loss programs, nutritional programs, regenerative medicine, advanced functional lab testing, and pharmaceutical-grade supplements.

Our staff is known for its expertise, positivity, and VIBRANCE, and we strive to radiate these attributes outward to our patients to positively guide them through their journey to wellness.

We are currently hiring for three positions: IV Nurse and two Medical Assistants.

IV Nurse: Palm Beach Gardens Location

Job details:
Salary: $28 – $34 an hour (hourly wage commensurate with experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications

Experience:
– nursing, 1 year (Preferred)
– EMR systems, 1 year (Preferred)

License:
– BLS, ACLS (Preferred)
– Registered Nurse (RN) (Preferred)

 

The ideal candidate for this position would have the following characteristics:

  • Outgoing/VIBRANT personality
  • Experienced and competent in all aspects of nursing with an emphasis in IV administration
  • Ability to work both independently and with a supportive team in a high-paced environment
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice medicine by meeting all state requirements
  • Exceptional organizational and verbal/written communication skills
  • Driven to constantly learn more about Integrative/Functional Medicine

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administering intravenous therapy and subcutaneous/intramuscular injections
  • Drawing blood and collecting lab work
  • Assisting patient consults with practitioner
  • Educating patient about Functional Medicine protocols
  • Acting as liaison to patients
  • Checking out the patient  
  • Keeping practitioner on time
  • Working in a high-paced environment
  • Recording patient information in an EMR
  • Following up with patients
  • Identifying best practices and sharing with team
  • Ability to use appropriate medical judgment to handle situations with confidence and appropriate interventions when necessary

Medical Assistant: Palm Beach Gardens Location and West Palm Beach Location

Job details:

Salary: $17-19 an hour (hourly wage commensurate with experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:
– At least 1 year in medical office experience (Preferred)
– Phlebotomy experience a must
– EMR systems, 1 year (Preferred)

Certification:
– Medical Assistant Certification

  • Ability to work both independently and with a supportive team in a high-paced environment

  • Ability to use appropriate medical judgment to handle situations with confidence and appropriate interventions when necessary

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Assist practitioners in consultations/Assist RNs in all duties
  • Phlebotomy
  • Escort patients to consultations and Ozone sauna, measure vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and document all information in patient’s chart electronic chart
  • Give instructions to patients as instructed by practitioners
  • Ensure all related reports, labs and information filed is available in patients’ medical records prior to their appointment
  • Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as required
  • Answer phones, take messages, and provide feedback and answers to calls
  • Educate patient about Functional Medicine protocols
  • Act as liaison to patients
  • Check out the patient
  • Keep practitioner on time
  • Work in a high-paced environment
  • Record patient information in an EMR
  • Follow up with patients
  • Identify best practices and share with team
